AfMA Sydney Summit

Over 2 days in mid May, 900 participants attended a highly organised summit for fleet managers and suppliers in Sydney. It started with this inspiring welcome:
The program covered a wide range of industry topics and optional workshops. The food was amazing and so were the networking opportunities. My only criticism is I was conflicted as to which workshops to be in - they are all awesome, and my ability to be in two places at once just didn't cut the mustard!
I'm now back in Auckland and have continued to converse and swap business leads with some of the people keen to operate on this side of the Tasman. We are now collaborating on several fronts with likeminded organisations. Just watch this space!
In my role of the new chair of AfMA New Zealand I'm picking up the threads of what has gone before and infusing elements of the Summit into a soon to be revealed roadshow program. Let the video above be your guide as to what my co-conspiritor Darren Pratley and I will be delivering. Our theme will be based around "stronger together" with copious opportunities for networking and hopefully collaborating on better ways to do business in a challenging environment.
